About Arun Kumar

Arunkumar, a Computer Science graduate of Hindustan University, is the founder of ZydeSoft, a company he started in 2014 to address the increasing demand for specialized IT skills in the tech workforce. Before founding ZydeSoft, he gained valuable experience working with multinational companies such as Infosys and TCS and had the opportunity to work in the U.S., where he recognized the need for specialized IT skills.

Under his leadership, ZydeSoft has established strong partnerships with various industries like Trade Show, Packaging, Edu Tech, and Home Services. His strategic directions have enabled ZydeSoft to thrive in the competitive IT staff augmentation market, providing significant cost savings and productivity improvements for clients.

Arun Kumar is passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems. He sees the current AI revolution as a chance to revolutionize recruitment, making it faster and more efficient. By training developers in AI, he aims to significantly improve project outcomes for clients in terms of speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his kids. Currently, Arun Kumar resides in India with his wife and two children.
