The vetting procedure includes background checks,
reference checks, and an interview. Each candidate is
evaluated based on their English language proficiency,
technical knowledge, and communication skills. Each
software developer we hire goes through a series of
technical tests, such as a coding test, to demonstrate
their ability to code. Following that, there will be an
interview. We try to hire developers who share our
values and beliefs, which usually results in a relaxed,
inviting atmosphere.
You’ll be added to a shortlist of candidates. The
profiles of the shortlisted candidates will then be
forwarded to our clients for any extra rounds of
interviews they may require.
Don’t worry if you don’t pass the vetting process. You
can reapply again after six months.
