About Kirthika

Kirthika, Co-Founder and CTO at ZydeSoft, received her degree in Information Technology from Amrita University. During her tenure at Infosys, she worked in the framework development team of Infosys's Banking product - Finacle. It was at that time Android and iOS were gaining popularity, fascinated by mobile application development, Kirthika self-taught herself and developed lifestyle and productivity apps and published them in the Play Store which eventually helped her land a dream job as a mobile app developer at a tradeshow company.

As a project manager, Kirthika witnessed first-hand how her employer struggled to source the right talent. This seems like a problem worth solving, together with Arun Kumar, Kirthika co-founded ZydeSoft in 2014, to help companies find and hire top tech talent faster and hassle-free.

Over the years they have developed a stringent vetting process consisting of technical assessments and in-depth interviews to ensure their talent pool meets the specific needs of clients. Under Kirthika's leadership, the company has integrated advanced talent assessment tools and AI technology to vet candidates to Silicon Valley Standards, matching qualified developers with top US companies.

As CTO of ZydeSoft, Kirthika leads the tech team and oversees the technological direction and operations of the company. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys gardening, bringing the same level of dedication and care to her plants as she does to her company.
